收录图片网站pixiv上的作品，在C78是先行发售的《pixiv年鉴2010》18日在秋叶原正式发售。
本次的年鉴归结了pixiv上许多优秀的图片，收录了从2009年4月至2010年3月期间，总共209+1位画师的作品，图片的总收录数超过了1000张，全272页，重量超过1kg。
